This short workshop is intended to get you going with Affinity Publisher on the desktop and iPad.

We will cover the key issues needed to start a book layout project for handmade books and for online publishing. We will use the desktop version initially and then show how to use the iPad version on its own and using projects you have created on the desktop.

- Creating the initial book settings
- Master pages
- Adding content: Images and Text
- Flowing text
- Exporting and printing your work
- Importing existing projects from Word and pdf

- using the iPad version on its own and with desktop projects

 

What you need

You will need a copy of Affinity Publisher 2 on your desktop and optionally on your iPad.

You should have some images and text to use during the workshop
