On-line Training Conditions

Video recordings are a vital part of your ongoing learning, allowing you to come back and re-watch techniques. Therefore, by attending you consent to a recording being made. Rest assured, videos will only be sent to clients who have paid to attend the specific workshop and will not be used for any other purpose. By booking Clients agree not to distribute videos in any way.

Covid-19 Policy (for face-to-face training)

In order to minimise the risk to individuals during this difficult time, we have adopted the following policy:

Reduce the risk to clients of contracting Covid
  1. If you have any of the recognised symptoms of Covid, e.g. raised temperature, loss of smell or taste, please do not attend a workshop
  2. During the workshop, we recommend the use of masks if we enter indoor public spaces.
  3. If you develop any Covid symptoms during the workshop, you must notify the leader immediately and minimise contact with others.

Insurance

If for any reason we have to cancel a workshop at very short notice or during the workshop itself, we may be liable for some costs, such as hotel, food, transport etc. These costs should be recoverable from your travel insurance. Please make sure you have travel insurance and that your travel insurance covers these costs and that it includes cancellation due to Covid.

Cancellation

Cancellation by us: We minimise our upfront costs. If we have to cancel and we have incurred some costs, you may need to claim for these via your travel insurance.
Cancellation by you: Please inform us as soon as possible so that we may re-sell your place. We can only refund you if we are able to fill your place.
