A 4-night Black & White bookish photography workshop in Prague

You will be staying on a B&B basis, single occupancy in double room with private en-suite facilities

For the first time Clea and I have decided to run a dedicated Black and White bookish workshop. When we conceived the idea Prague immediately came to mind, its a city we both love and offers a variety of subjects to shoot.

After the arrival day, we will have two full days shooting followed by one day for selection, editing, printing and book making. We will be making a lovely small square drumleaf style book. You do not need any experience of any of these tasks. Training will be provided and you will receive a comprehensive guide to making the book form after the workshop.

We will have all our kit with us. Clea and I are working together on this Black and White workshop so we will be offering advice and help shooting, editing, printing and book making. You will return home with a personal and unique keep-sake of your visit.

Agenda

After arrival day, we will have two full days out shooting in and around Prague. The weather conditions will have some influence on location choice and city tours do have the benefit of shelter.

Start and End times

The workshop starts at 5pm on 23rd November and ends at 5pm on the 26th. We have booked your accommodation for the night of the 26th so you can relax at the end of the last day and return home on the 27th... or if you are an infrequent traveller to these parts, we highly recommend adding some extra nights to explore after the workshop.

Accommodation and basis

Your accommodation will be double bedded for single occupancy with private en-suite facilities. More details will be provided after booking.

Prerequisites

• No previous experience is needed, especially for shooting, editing, printing and book making.

• Training and tools will be provided during the workshop.

• You need to bring a computer for editing but you could use a phone or iPad.

• Please make sure you have suitable travel and equipment insurance in the event of cancellation by you or us.
