This module is delivered as 2 x 1.5hour sessions on the initial training day and then a 2hr follow-up session.

A website is an important part of photography these days. There are software tools that allow us to build a website with no prior knowledge. This workshop is ideal if you are looking to make an online “calling-card” or a way to show your pictures to family and friends or you need a business website for your photography. You don't need to be a programmer any more.

If you want to make a website but have struggled to get started, this workshop is for you! Using a powerful but simple tool we will quickly put together a photographic website and show you how to maintain it after the workshop.

This workshop is based on Wix, an easy to use, free on-line website builder that is especially good for photo websites.

​

Pre-requisites

• You should be reasonably comfortable using your computer so we can avoid basic IT issues

• A good enough internet connection to run zoom

• Please create a free Wix account prior to the workshop by visiting here --> Wix 

• You need a computer (PC or Mac) you cannot use a tablet or phone to create a website

• Have some images ready to publish, ideally jpg files maximum 2000px long edge
